The Craftsman Lodge is a great place for a family reunion, a corporate/church retreat, hosting your wedding party or a romantic getaway for two. Our main attractions include sleeping in late, rocker reading on the porch, playing board games by the fireplace, watching movies, grilling up a feast on your private patio and last, but not least, exploring the many trails by foot, bicycle or on horseback (bring your own horse we have stables).

Located southwest of the quaint town of Rye in the Greenhorn Mountains of Southern Colorado, the lodge is done in the Arts and Crafts design era. This was a movement occurring in the last years of the 19th century and the early years of the 20th century. Inspired by the writings of John Ruskin and a romantic idealization of the craftsman taking pride in his personal handiwork, it was at its height between approximately 1880 and 1910.

The Craftsman Lodge has gone to great lengths to delivery to you a work of art in the form of a wonderful getaway in a setting of natural beauty and refined comfort!
